Every second Thursday of the month, the Institute hosts a Doherty Seminar, inviting visiting academics or clinician researchers to present their latest research. The Doherty Seminar Series gives the broad spectrum of Doherty Institute staff a chance to step out of their chosen fields to learn more about another area of research, or for staff who are working on similar topics to glean new information, be at the forefront of what’s happening in that field, and even establish new collaborations. The Doherty Seminar Series speaks directly to the Doherty Institute’s Values, ‘discover’ and ‘connect’ – breaking new ground and innovating and engaging locally and globally with our partners, stakeholders, colleagues and community.
