Tepy Hoeung


Tepy is the system navigator for the LINC-B project at the WHO Collaborating Centre for Viral Hepatitis. Tepy has a nursing background and is currently completing a Masters of Public Health. Tepy has extensive experience in serving culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities affected by viral hepatitis and has a strong dedication to health equity and disease prevention. Tepy is actively engaged in awareness campaigns, education initiatives, and community outreach programs.

    • LINC-B – Victorian Linkage to Information and Care for People Notified with Hepatitis B Service Pilot

      LINC-B is a twelve-month pilot program that aims to maximise linkage to healthcare services for people diagnosed with hepatitis B, and ensure they receive the information and care they need in a culturally appropriate and safe manner, as soon as possible following notification.

      Ben’s group focuses on viral hepatitis epidemiological research. The team undertakes a broad range of activities supporting local, national and global control of viral hepatitis, through surveillance, treatment and prevention initiatives, and training and regional capacity building.
